Good to Know

How to redeem. Every 100 points is $5 off. Redeem in 100-point steps, starting at 200 points ($10).
When points arrive. Points from a purchase are added once your order ships, and are removed if an order is cancelled or refunded.
What earns points. Your product total after discounts. Shipping, taxes and gift cards don’t earn points.
Points expire. After 12 months with no activity on your account.
Your tier. Tiers are based on your total spend with us. Place at least one order every 12 months to keep your tier; otherwise it moves down one level.
Trade members. Our Trade Program members enjoy trade pricing instead of rewards points, so trade accounts don't earn or redeem points.
