Regular Delivery Service
In-stock merchandise typically leaves our facility within 2-5 business days unless specified otherwise. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress to your door.
Please note that delivery timeframes are approximate and may be affected by warehouse operations, shipping carrier schedules, and other external circumstances beyond our influence.
Ground delivery is handled through UPS or FedEx with standard delivery (no signature confirmation required).

Important Delivery Notes
Tracking updates may be delayed: Allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to become active online. We sometimes generate tracking numbers during label creation, but packages need additional processing time before leaving our warehouse.
Order modifications and address updates: Order changes are extremely difficult once submitted. Contact us right away if you need to modify your purchase - we'll make every effort to help before your items ship. Once packages are in transit, modification options become limited and may involve carrier fees. Please double-check your shipping address as correction fees apply for address errors requiring carrier intervention.
Custom and made-to-order products are final once production begins. Since many of our pieces are artisan-crafted or specially manufactured, we cannot accept cancellations after production starts. Please confirm all details before finalizing your order.
Restocking timelines for out-of-stock items fluctuate: Availability dates depend on the specific product. When possible, we display expected restock information on product pages. If unavailable, our team can research timing for you!
Delivery limitations: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States (48 states). Hawaii and Alaska delivery is not yet available, though we're working to expand our shipping coverage soon!
