If a piece isn't quite right for your space, tell us about it below within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with your Return Authorization number and return instructions, usually within 72 hours.

Before you send your request, please note:

Pieces must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging.
Custom and made-to-order pieces, and opened bedding, can't be returned.
Choose a refund to your original payment (less a 10% restocking fee) or store credit with no restocking fee.
If your piece arrived damaged, please start a claim instead so you can include photos.
